- Permanent stains: The company does not guarantee removal of permanent stains. No responsibility will be taken, and no refund will be granted for permanent stains that cannot be removed.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless an alternate arrangement has been agreed upon. We accept cash, card, or approved digital payment methods. Pricing depends on the type of service, area, and materials involved. Any additional costs will be communicated before work begins.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers must provide notice at least a day earlier to cancel or reschedule appointments. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a service fee.
